That's right. Our crazy cute kiddo Benjamin aka Jami aka Hugasaurus turned six this month. We had
a little family party at home with German chocolate cupcakes (he didn't like the coconut frosting for the record) and plenty of presents.
Grandma and Bapa sent him a big pirate ship with a shark's mouth that opens and eats things in front of it. That was probably the highlight for him.
Benjamin continues to be a very creative soul, spending many hours in imaginary play with random objects. He's proven to be a good student and has done very well in kindergarten this year- with the exception of a few trips to the principal's office for kissing. I *think* we've finally gotten that problem straightened out.
Benjamin also really loves puzzles and board games and card games and foursquare. He is still a fantastic eater and I'm holding out hope that he won't become picky.
He still only has one volume- loud- but he can read silently to himself these days which is a huge win. He loves to read, do math and write stories. He also has an impish side that really likes to annoy his brothers. He's a popular kid at school with lots of friends.
Now that he's six, he's hoping to start losing some teeth. We'll see buddy. We sure love our Benjamin boy.
