Popcorn Popping

There is a song near and dear to the hearts of all Mormon children. It's called "Popcorn Popping" and it talks about blossoming trees in Spring looking as though they were covered with popped popcorn. We had the experience of popcorn covered trees this Spring in our yard, but it wasn't white blossoms that gave that illusion. No... it was snow. I took these beautiful pictures on April 28th. Go North Dakota! I'm pretty sure our Spring officially starts when most states are experiencing summer.

The boys did eat some of that delicious "popcorn" but they decided they like Daddy's version better.
